About Me
About Me
Hello, I'm Phyllis Herbe!
I’m a birth doula, a mom of five amazing boys, and a passionate advocate for natural birth and breastfeeding. With a deep love for research and evidence-based practices, I've spent years supporting mothers in my community, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to navigate their unique birth journeys.
My journey into the birth world began as a personal passion, evolving into a professional calling that allows me to combine my skills, experience, and heart. I believe in the power of physiologic birth and the natural strength every woman possesses. My mission is to walk alongside you, providing the support and care you deserve, no matter your background or circumstances.
My Philosophy I believe that birth is a natural, powerful process that our bodies are beautifully designed for. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and empowerment, ensuring that every mother feels heard, supported, and confident in her choices.
